Support & Education
Prenatal & Parenting Education
Becoming a parent is a huge step. We are here to help walk you through the questions you’ll need to answer as you consider this option, like “Can I afford to parent?” or “Will I be able to stay in school?”
Individualized counseling is available for expecting women and/or couples. They can meet weekly/biweekly with a trained lay counselor to learn about prenatal care and childbirth through our Earn-While-You-Learn program called “BRIDGES.” Completed sessions are exchanged to earn new cribs, car seats, pack-n-play, diapers, baby clothes, and more.
For Men
Generally, people consider pregnancy a “woman’s issue.” At Crossroads, we recognize that men need assistance to help their partners make important life choices. We offer programs to help support men in unexpected pregnancies and to help educate them in preparation for fatherhood.
Abortion Recovery
If you have had an abortion in the past and are feeling sad, feeling regret, or just not able to “get over” the experience—Crossroads has compassionate, non-judgmental lay counselors who can help you process your feelings through our Abortion Recovery Program. Your confidentiality is our priority.
Relationship Education
Through the Sexual Integrity Program, clients learn the way to improve their “love life” through relationship education and self-esteem building.
